We were lucky to find a buyer so quickly for 31 Route du Pont, 16700 Barro, but clearly this was due to the presentation by TIC Ruffec that was quickly good enough to attract a buyer.

The TIC team were also most helpful during all of the negotiations and discussions with the Notaire and the need to settle electricity and water bills, plus the work on the fosse septique to bring it up to the latest French requirements.
