We purchased our home virtually - from Canada - and the TIC Ruffec team helped make the process an easy one. Christophe walked us through a virtual viewing of our property, worked with us to write up the offer and took us through the entire France purchase process, which was very new to us. And, he did this with patience and a great sense of humour.

TIC Ruffec also assisted us in working with a Notaire to complete our purchase as well as a currency broker to transfer funds.

Although the completion date has since passed, TIC Ruffec continues to support us virtually with respect to the other details of owning our new home in France.

Purchasing a property abroad has been quite challenging during the COVID pandemic, however, TIC Ruffec made the challenges much easier!
