We visited TIC in Ruffec to arrange for a visit from Christophe to place our property on their books. We had one other Immobiliere also involved, but wanted to have an additional one marketing the property for us.
Christophe came to the property, did a full review of everything, with the result that 2 days later the property was included in their portfolio. When we viewed the property on TIC's website we could not have been more impressed with the result. There were 31 photos, a video walk through of the entire property - Christophe had even used a drone to enable perspective buyers to get an overall view.
Unfortunately - for TIC - the first agents have ended up securing a sale for us, but even now Christophe has encouraged us to contact him for any advice we may need. With us being non French, this has proved invaluable.
We would thoroughly recommend TIC to anyone looking for an Immobiliere to advertise their property.
