I have just had the pleasure of buying a property through TIC Ruffec and I couldn't praise Christophe and his team enough!
It was a little daunting buying a property abroad but not only did they all speak fluent English (Shame on me for not speaking fluent French!) but they guided me EVERY step of the way!!
From suggesting Notaries to currency agencies, insurance and even companies to help me set up my electricity and gas!
(All of which were as efficient as TIC!)
Not to mention poor Christophe dealing with the copious amounts of random questions I had!
He even came round personally to help me when I was stuck with turning on the electricity!!
All of which was provided professionally and with a smile!
