The TIC Agency, represented by Katie Anderson, made our home buying experience as easy and seamless as we could have hoped, as this was our first time being involved in the French real estate market. Though we have some knowledge of the French language, the entire transaction was handled, for the most part, in English which was reassuring for us. TIC put us in touch with a very reputable and accommodating notaire and we were able to complete the final signing from the US. It all happened in a timely basis, less than three months. We were pleased with our working relationship with the TIC Agency.

Katie is a person whom one likes and trusts immediately. She is extremely professional, clearly explained the details of the purchase process in France, kept us on track, helped us research, find and engage a home inspector, and looked after our interests during and after the purchase was finalized. There were so many details she followed up with for us, above and beyond what we expected. We can't thank her enough.
