Dear Christophe,

I wanted to write and say how impressed we were with the recent service we got from Sarah Phillips at TIC. We had booked to fly into Poitiers to see some properties with her from Wednesday to Friday February 19th - 21st February, but unfortunately on the eve of flying, I was struck down with food poisoning and we had to cancel our trip at very short notice. This didn't deter Sarah who very kindly agreed to continue with the tours on Whatsapp. We ended up viewing three properties with her and we were impressed by her professionalism, willingness to answer our stream of questions and her excellent all-round knowledge not only about the locales, but about the properties themselves. She really is a credit to your company - unlike those at ***l**d ******t. I appreciate it is a very competitive market, but Sarah made TIC stand out head and shoulders above the rest and i will happily recommend her to friends and peers who are also looking for property.
